Expectations

One of the things I love most about Applied Kinesiology is helping you make sense out of what has been senseless—understanding why your body is reacting the way it is, when no one else has been able to explain it.

I believe that whatever the body has created, your body has the ability to heal. My goal is to help you uncover the root causes of your health concerns and guide you toward reversing them whenever possible.

At your initial visit, a thorough patient history is gathered, along with diagnostic testing. Unlike many practices that require multiple visits just to review results, treatment is provided on your very first visit. This approach allows us to address imbalances right away, while also giving you clarity about your body and your health. During this visit, I will review my findings with you and outline the goals and steps for correcting any imbalances.

When diagnosing and treating patients, I incorporate the Applied Kinesiology triad of health: structure/body, chemical/nutritional, and mental/emotional well-being. Poor health is usually the result of an imbalance in one or more of these areas, and as an Applied Kinesiologist, I am uniquely trained to identify and address these factors.

By the end of your first visit, treatment will have been rendered, and I will recommend any personalized dietary changes, necessary supplements, and a plan for follow-up. Please note that while I provide guidance on nutrition and supplementation, I am not a registered dietitian and do not provide daily diet schedules. I focus on practical food guidance—such as what to increase, what to reduce, and which foods may be aggravating your health concerns. My focus is on optimizing your health, rather than simply promoting weight loss for example.

I also do not sell large packages, expensive detox programs, or services you do not need.

Care is individualized, one patient and one visit at a time, with recommendations based solely on your current needs and goals.

I look forward to helping you understand your unique challenges and guiding you toward better health, one step at a time.
